Running a business is a lot. Between creating content, managing your inbox, responding to messages and staying consistent online โ it can get overwhelming fast.
That's where I come in.
I'm Nwawuba Chidera โ a Social Media Strategist, Manager and Virtual Assistant dedicated to taking the weight off your plate so you can focus on what you do best. I am responsive, proactive and I treat every client's business with the same care and attention I would give my own.

Communication
You can reach me via WhatsApp or email โ whichever works best for you! I'm happy to stay connected on both.
Working Hours
I'm available Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM. Messages outside of these hours will be lovingly attended to the next working day, except in urgent situations where a quick response may be needed.
Revision Policy
Revisions are offered once a month so we can keep things smooth and intentional. If we're running a campaign together, I've got you โ additional revisions will be accommodated within that period. Anything beyond the policy may come with a small additional fee, and I'll always communicate that with you openly.
Confidentiality
Everything you share with me stays between us. Your information, assets and business details are completely safe and will never be shared with anyone.

What I Did
Started with a full brand and audience audit to understand who Bloom was talking to and what was missing. Built a 90-day content strategy around four pillars, developed a brand voice guide, created all content in-house and managed the community daily. Tracked performance weekly and adjusted the strategy based on what the data showed.

What I Did
Conducted a full inbox audit and created a labelling and filtering system so every email lands in the right place automatically. Set up calendar blocks for deep work, client calls and personal time. Created email templates for common responses to save time daily. Reduced inbox from 847 unread to zero in 3 days and maintained it from there.
